This Terms and Conditions of Use (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Inspect Element Ltd. (“Echo”, “us”, or “we”) and the entity or person (“you”, “your”, or “user”) that registered an account to receive cheat detection services ("Services"). This Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Services.
Echo reserves the right to make modifications to this Agreement at any time. Unless otherwise specified, any modifications to this Agreement will take effect the day they are posted to this page.
If you do not understand any of the terms of this Agreement, please contact us before using the Services.
You may not access or use the Services unless you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
This Agreement provides a general description of the Services that Echo may provide to you.
Before using the Services, you must register with Echo and create an account (a “Echo Account”).
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the
Services
available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those
that
are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
You are granted a nonexclusive and nontransferable licence to electronically access and use the
Services only in the manner described in this Agreement. You do not have the right to sublicence the
Services except to other Echo Accounts in accordance with our Enterprise Plan.
Echo may revoke or terminate this licence at any time if you use the Services or your Echo Account
in a manner prohibited by this Agreement.
This Agreement is effective upon the date you first access or use the Services and continues until terminated by you or Echo. You may terminate this Agreement by closing your Echo Account at any time by opening the My Account tab in your Dashboard, selecting “Delete Account” and ceasing to use the Service. If you use the Services again or register for another Echo Account, you are consenting to this Agreement.
We may terminate this Agreement or close your Echo Account at any time for any reason (including, without limitation, for any activity that may create harm or loss to the goodwill of Echo).

Echo offers an Enterprise Plan, this plan has permission to invite Users. By being the Leader of an Enterprise, you agree that you are responsible for the Users associated with your Enterprise. Echo reserves the right to remove Users, or terminate an Enterprise entirely if the Users do not follow the rules set out in Section B.
Echo is a trading name of Inspect Element Ltd.
Inspect Element Ltd is a registered company in England and Wales whose registration number is 13017981 and registered office address is Unit 13 Freeland Park Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, Dorset, England, BH16 6FA.
This Agreement (including any non-contractual matters) is governed by the law of England and Wales.
Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or, where the Customer lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of respectively Scotland or Northern Ireland.
