Welcome to Echo.

This Terms and Conditions of Use (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Inspect Element Ltd. (“Echo”, “us”, or “we”) and the entity or person (“you”, “your”, or “user”) that registered an account to receive cheat detection services ("Services"). This Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Services.

Echo reserves the right to make modifications to this Agreement at any time. Unless otherwise specified, any modifications to this Agreement will take effect the day they are posted to this page.

If you do not understand any of the terms of this Agreement, please contact us before using the Services.

You may not access or use the Services unless you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement.

Section A: Overview of this Agreement

This Agreement provides a general description of the Services that Echo may provide to you.

Before using the Services, you must register with Echo and create an account (a “Echo Account”).

Section B: Prohibited Use

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

  1. Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
  2. Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services and/or the Content contained therein.
  3. Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
  4. Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
  5. Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
  6. Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks connected to the Services.
  7. Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
  8. Sell or otherwise transfer your Echo Account.
  9. Use any information obtained from the Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  10. Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services.
  11. Attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services, or any portion of the Services.
  12. Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.
  13. Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Services, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software.
  14. Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services.
  15. Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
  16. Share your Echo Account with others.
  17. Use a personal licence in an enterprise capacity (e.g. using 5 personal licence accounts instead of a 5-user enterprise licence)
  18. Self-test a cheat in an attempt to circumvent Our detections.
  19. Knowingly assisting in cheat development.

Section C: Licence

You are granted a nonexclusive and nontransferable licence to electronically access and use the Services only in the manner described in this Agreement. You do not have the right to sublicence the Services except to other Echo Accounts in accordance with our Enterprise Plan.
Echo may revoke or terminate this licence at any time if you use the Services or your Echo Account in a manner prohibited by this Agreement.

Section D: Termination

This Agreement is effective upon the date you first access or use the Services and continues until terminated by you or Echo. You may terminate this Agreement by closing your Echo Account at any time by opening the My Account tab in your Dashboard, selecting “Delete Account” and ceasing to use the Service. If you use the Services again or register for another Echo Account, you are consenting to this Agreement.

We may terminate this Agreement or close your Echo Account at any time for any reason (including, without limitation, for any activity that may create harm or loss to the goodwill of Echo).

Section F: Privacy Policy, Data Handling and GDPR

Section G: Enterprise Users

Echo offers an Enterprise Plan, this plan has permission to invite Users. By being the Leader of an Enterprise, you agree that you are responsible for the Users associated with your Enterprise. Echo reserves the right to remove Users, or terminate an Enterprise entirely if the Users do not follow the rules set out in Section B.

Section H: Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Complaints

Echo is a trading name of Inspect Element Ltd.

Inspect Element Ltd is a registered company in England and Wales whose registration number is 13017981 and registered office address is Unit 13 Freeland Park Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, Dorset, England, BH16 6FA.

This Agreement (including any non-contractual matters) is governed by the law of England and Wales.

Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or, where the Customer lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of respectively Scotland or Northern Ireland.
